If you notice, this year's Merdeka mood is unusual?. All citizens were like, 'aik? Ada merdeka ke?'
There's not a single car I've seen for this year that have a Jalur Gemilang installed. What the hell is wrong with you people?. If you ask a random people in Malaysia, in the next 10 days what is the single largest event will be held? They will surely say 'Permatang Pauh'. If you ask them again about merdeka, they will like, 'Oooohh.. Merdeka. Now I remember..'
I know. Everyone was so stressed up with all these harga minyak naik, inflation, electricity tariff going high and so on. 15 cents of decrease stands nothing laaa my dear Prime Minister. Our foods price will not go down, don't worry.
You know, Singapore has lowered their oil price 4 times since our GE 8 and we are still struggling with cronyism and corruption within our government.
Maybe this year I'll celebrate Merdeka, but I'll be celebrating it with the spirit never like before.
