There will be approximately 3 months before I graduated from my teenage life, which I will be stepping in a new chapter in my life, a post-20 years old era *yeeeeeeeeksssssss!!!*. I've done lots of wonderful, memorable, bizarre and also, strange things throughout my entire teen cycle. Which is. Since Form 3 till now.

Today I will be talking about our community, Taman Jaya's teenage groups as in 2007/2008. Yes, groups is not singular. Its plural.

We Taman Jaya have 4 different kind of teenage groups. We have:

Geng Kedai.
Geng Bola.
Geng Siddiq (Yeah, they actually named our group to my name)
Geng Budak-Budak Kecik.

Geng Kedai is the gang which is based on the Kedai Al-Mustaqimah and D'Wasna Seafood. They lepak there ALOT, doing nothing but blank conversation throughout the night in almost everyday. This is the largest group compared to the other four because the members are from 18 years-old guy to 30 years-old dunno-whats-his-future guy(s). Ramai gak, dalam 20-25 peoples. All of the geng kedai smokes. Basically, majority of them are in UMNO (Yes, our taman is a PAS territory but...). That's why they're so in touch with the others. Indirectly, they keep Taman Jaya safe from the others.

Geng Bola, as the name suggests, plays football almost everyday. Irony that 50% of the Geng Kedai is a member of Geng Bola, but not all Geng Bola is a Geng Kedai's. This is the most active homo sapiens archipelago, where their headquarters is at Padang Bola Bomba Bandar Tun Razak. Their numbers are in 15-20 peoples.

Then came to the weirdest gang in our taman. Our gang consists of around 8 people, but 4 of them are already shifting to their hostel. So came to the original number, which is four. Me, Afiq, Mereng (yeah a nickname. we tend to call him mereng and he tak kesah. everyone call him 'mereng' instead of his name since standard 3 i think :S) and Syahmi. This is the only group which doesn't have people smoking. Me and Afiq doesn't smoke (darn I hate smokers). We tend to do things ourselves, doing it our own way with me in charge of every decision, even the SLIGHTEST question also needs to be discussed. Like today: we took half an hour to discuss where to go after tadarus. We tend to experiment odd stuffs all the way. We don't really lepak as much as the other gangs. We have bikes and cars for our own transport. We have bi-monthly special activity. We do lots of stupid things, ESPECIALLY IN RAMADHAN (oh sheet look at our last year's Ramadhan). We compete frequently. We don't fight at all (really). The best part is, most of the members are recognized in the rest of the gangs, so we virtually really don't have problems at all in almost everything. 1/2 of our conversation is filled with memes, sarcastic jokes and also, ala.. you know: set of words considered blasphemous or inflammatory). We tend to help ourselves in everything, ranging from personal problems to basic ahh-i'm-dead problems.

The last gang is the geng budak kecik. They pwn us in Dota (damnit. 3 games and we lost). They're usually Form 1-3 students, because they have a large number in our Taman. I don't really know about these noobs except for my lil brother is in the gang also.


And the best best best best part is: all of Taman Jaya teens DOES NOT rempit =). We also don't involved in the lame nationwide geng adik beradik PEKIDA.

We don't really need a security guard here watching for homes. We know ourselves. All of the gangs are connected to the Surau Al-Mustaqimah, so the surau became the second most common place to meet.

Speaking of which, my teenage life will be ending very very soon. I'm going overseas (hopefully) next year. God how I miss my teenage life 5 years back. God also know why I hate italics and bold in my post, next to coloring the texts to become more eye-catching.
